Office Policy During COVID-19 Pandemic

MARCH 27, 2020

To our valued patients:

We value your health and well-being. As healthcare providers, we understand that your needs are important during this difficult time. We are taking steps to make our services available to you in a variety of ways. The following is a summary of current steps we are taking:

1) Dr. Lyles is offering telehealth options for his patients. He is scheduling sessions by phone or other virtual conferencing methods.

2) Dr. Crawford is still offering office appointments. We ask that you do NOT schedule an office visit if any of the following are true:

A) You have visited with or had contact with anyone who has visited any of the following places in the last 14 days:

New York City, New Orleans, New Jersey, Connecticut, Italy, China, Iran, Japan, South Korea

B) You have had known contact with anyone who has tested positive for the Covid-19 virus

C) You have a fever of over 100 degrees

D) You have a cough

3) Dr. Crawford is also offering appointments by phone or other virtual conferencing methods if people prefer this option over in-office appointments.

For those who choose an in-office visit, we will maintain the CDC guidelines including no physical contact, maintaining 6 feet of physical distance, hand-washing before and after any session, and regularly sanitizing all points of contact in the office. We are also monitoring our own health status carefully.

We are confident that we will all get through this difficult time. Our office phones remain open, and we are here to maintain our commitment to your health and well-being. Feel free to call should you have any questions or to schedule an appointment.

Sincerely,

Drs. Lyles and Crawford
